Default What a great car

So I have had my Z for about a week, like many people here I find myself making excuses to run errands and I usually take the long way home. Tonight I was on my way back from the market and took the Z for a rip on the highway, what a F---ing awesome car this is! I am so glad that I pulled the trigger and traded in my old wheels for this.

I could sit here and type about the great handlling and how fun it is to bang though the 6 speed MT but you already know this, for me it's still a fresh feeling. I did own a 3000gt Vr4 about 8 years ago (wow, time flies) and while it was a fun car it just was much heavier and larger than the 350z, the Z just feels like so much of a true sports car and for the price these sell for it's just an amazing value. I always thought Nissan made solid cars but I was somewhat of a BMW fanatic for a while, while the 3-series had a nice ride it grew boring and felt 'regular'- I have an optimistic feeling that the Z will not get boring anytime soon. This damn car feels like a jet on the highway and it tracks the corners on the on/off ramps so perfectly. I can't say enough how I am just so pleased with this car and the way it handles, what a frigging great car, for the money this is truely the best true sports car on the road.

Welcome and congratulations.

There’s something about the 350Z that magazine critiques cant touch. All you have to do is drive one for a day. 90 percent of other drivers wonder what the hubbub is about.

one of my favorite things to do...is to shine my car up real nice and just sit there and watch the reflections. another one is to drop it in 3rd on the freeway and rip assphalt!

I've also had some BMW's in my past - mainly a 540ia and X5 4.4. Love the 350...still NOT boring after 13 months...

You know that feeling, when you take the key and start it for the very first time and driving it off the dealership lot?

I still get it everytime I turn that key and hear the VQ roar.

Default Have had mine for 2 mos. now...love it

...got rid of an '04 Boxster S after a second engine failure with Boxsters.

Bought the Z as a default car, but now it has become more than that. I like its no BS look and feel. This is what Frank Bullitt would drive today.

'08 Enthusiast with ichiba spacers 15 mm F 20mm R and Tein S tech springs.

100% agreed.

I just can't wait for the Spring to invest in a quality suspension. After 8 months of owning the car, I'm now in need of better handling.

Everytime I come home from a long vacation, the first thing I do is Start her up and drive around. That roar just says welcome home. The first year I had the car I would have a big grin getting in the car for a 2 hour drive to work. I still get that grin once and in a while. My Z is what keeps me awake and sane during rush hour. Welcome!

Its like that one cadillac commercial," When you turn on your car...does it return the favor" My answer is yes....yes she does.
