Default Get Well Jim H.
I just found out that one of our long time members and all around great guy , Jim H. , is recovering from a bout with the West Nile Virus that he contracted in Colorado on another one of his Z trips . According to Jim , it was touch and go for awhile . It was that serious ! Many of you have met Jim as he took his cross country trip last spring in Marilyn , his Lemans Sunset 350Z . Many of us met Jim up here in New Hampshire when we held one of the first 350Z Meets back in April . For those of you who weren't fortunate to meet Jim in his travels across the USA, he is the fellow from Arizona who posts those beautiful pictures of his Lemans Sunset in the Arizona desert ! I know Jim would appreciate hearing from you in his recovery period ( translated : while he isn't driving his Z )!

Oh man! That's bad news. I LOVED the pics Marilyn! I hope he is doing well. His write ups of his cross country trip were great.

Wow..how ironic...i just talk to jimH on PM once before because he was helping me with my stereo install..

i say ironic because...i work at a company that is developing the west nile virus screening kit. Currently, there is a big outbreak of the virus in colorado so i would advise extra caution for those that live there. This is a fact because our kit is used in screening about 90% of the US blood supply right now in the bloodbanks.

lastly...the virus has made its way to california as of last week. It was found in birds close to the salton sea, so it can spread soon the more urban areas.
