In the pics im stuck on the curb, the guys who helped me get my car off insisted that i went around that side of the speed bump..i dont have pics of when i was stuck on the speed bump, i did go sideways though. idk how low most of you guys are but if you were as low as me you would know going sideways dosnt help much in a Z unless you come in at a crazy angle which the road wasnt wide enough for. The only reason i was down that crazy road is because a main road was shut down and that was the detour route.

im not sure but i think when i took this pic my coilovers were blown, i think that had a lot to do with the wheels not touching the floor..

(fyi you don't qualify as low if your on springs)

ok let me rephrase,
If your on springs chances are your not going to be as low as someone with coilovers. Personally ive never seen a set of springs that lower a Z low enough for my taste.
If your looking for a subtle drop springs are great and its clear that a super low/stiff car isnt your fancy, therefor you wont understand where im coming from. With that being said, i dont care if you car would blast over the speed bump, its clear i cant...apples and oranges friend.

So let me get this straight, you prefer the "slammed and scraped up to all hell" look over a nice clean ride with a tasteful drop? Riiiight.

How did you manage to get the car up on the curb if the curb is higher than the speed bump?

thats true, i would like coilovers just cant afford them right now with car and rent to pay for. but ive driven plenty of low cars so i know where your coming from. but what i want to know is what part of the car actually pulled the speedbump apart?

the thickness bump cannot be anymore than your tire's sidewall. Your car is dropped pretty low, I agree. However, the pix look more or an exaggeration to make it seem lower. I still like the drop tho.

It got stuck to one of those black reinforcement skid plate looking things towards the back of the car right before the rear wheels. When we pushed the car off the speed bump it just pulled the bolt right out of the ground.
