Exclamation BIG Z logo for garage wall

I need a large image of the Z logo so I can project it on my garage wall and sketch it onto it/paint it.

Something like this but i need the Z only:

so what i would suggest is blowing it up, printing it out, and then traceing it onto a clear sheet. then you can put it on a projector and bam, trace it onto the wall.

Here's another (old-school) suggestion, if you can get your hands on an overhead projector. First print a couple different Z logos or designs you like- say from a magazine, printed off the Internet, etc. Then go to a place like Staples and get some clear overhead projector sheets and they should be able to help you there to also copy what you previously printed onto the clear plastic overhead sheets. Take those clear copies home and project them onto the wall with the projector. You can adjust the location/size, and when you get it where you like trace over the logo/design onto the wall and leave-off the parts you do not like. You will be left with just the part of the design you want and can start painting.

Why yes yes he did! lol

Although that guy was full of fial the "Z" logo on the wall was win IMO. (The idea) his actual logo was sub par if I remember correctly.

OP update this thread with pics when you get it done! I will definitely be doing something like this in my garage one day.

Great, thanks for the replies. I will post pictures when I'm done.

I think I'll just be using my Laptop and my projector. and i'll just trace it on the wal with a pencil, and then paint it in later

What color are you going with for the wall and the logo. Never thought of this before but i like the idea for my garage as well. Looking forward to the pics.
You could digicam the actual "Z" off your car and then put it on the laptop.

Thanks for the ideas. I still haven't gotten around to it, with work, school, and the family, i havent had a chance. I'll probably do it tomorrow, and I'll post the pics up.

In the mean time, i'm gonna look up different logos while i'm at work.
And if I can't find any that I like, I'll probably end up taking your advice and taking a picture of the Z on the steering wheel, or the one on the fender.
