So I took my car back to the body shop last thursday because the bumper wasnt aligned...

While dropping it off I got in an argument about how the bumper didnt line up and they were like "That is how the car comes" and iM like bull **** here is a picture of my bumper from the side before the accident see the line is perfectly straight...

SO while we were standing there arguing the rental car company came to pick me up by and they were like come on I have other people to pick up...

so i left and got in the car... then later that night when i went to go out i relized i didnt have my digital camera.. i left it in my car... oh well..

i figured think nothing of it becase i have taken my car there so many times... i normally keep my camera in the center cup holder...

and when i went back today it wasnt there.. 500 dollar Cannon S400 and my 512MB Compact flash card gone...

TOld them.. the manager went around the shop asking if my digital camera was seen.. of course they are going ot say NO!

so i filed a police report...

i have protection against theft / flood / fire on my best buy card so this is a theft... now i gotta deal with this hastle..

THANK GOODNESS I bought it on my Best Buy credit card and i got the optional FIre / Theft / Flood protection on anything i buy on that card!

I think that camera comes with legs. I had the same camera and it walked no more than 6 months after I had it. NEVER let that thing out of your sight. Sorry to hear about your dealings. At least you get to upgrade your camera! -m

 

Sorry to hear Konvert... those little toys actually make a world of difference when they are missing. Glad that you have that BB insurance policy... my dad says that they aren't necessary (buying the protection/service plan), but there has been more than one occasion when I got to use it. And boy is it great and STRESS-FREE!

 

yeah... i have a sony clie NX-70V the flip PDA... I remmbered ot take that out of the car because it has all my info in it...

It was something like 699 when i bought it over a year ago and since then i have replaced it 2 times... hehe..

i buy the service plan on my cell phones.. when a new one comes out there is a "problem" with my old phone and get a new one...

did that with my PS2 bout it for 300 bux when it came out (bought 2 put one on ebay sold for 800 bux) then the price dropped 100 bux so I sent it back to circuit city and got a check for 300 bux plus tax bought a new one for 200 heheh
