hey all! just making myself known!
hi 3z people!
i don't own a 3z, but i am a fan. my boi told me about this site and i thought it was a great place to gain knowledge about the new z's.
here's my car: Tiburon
dun know if there are any Hyundai fans here, but o well.
i heard about the procharger and what it does. very very impressive. its nice that its centrifugal instead of roots type. much more gain can be had from that.
do people go turbo here? or do you guys tend to stay with the supercharger?
what are the limits of the maf? anyone take the z to the breaking point yet?
if u let me stick around, you might see a nice 350whp daily driven tiburon in your midst!

I see we have a Kristen K. fan...
You'll see alot folks here with superchargers but I don't think theres any turbos released yet. Maybe 2 productions ones by the end of this year/early next year.
You'll find out quickly that there alot of folks on my350z that don't own the car. They're here just on pure enthusiasm or rivalry! pick one!
Anyhow...welcome to the boards!

Welcome to the board. Actually I have always liked the lines of the Tiburon. I was thinking awhile back loading up one for fun, but instead I fixed a 300z twin turbo for my wife. There is actually one twin turbo 350z on this site that I know of and it was put together by JOTECH here in Dallas area. Clean clean car owned by Michael. I hope you enjoy all the forums and threads.

if there were a turbo out you might see em. but right now itd have to be custom.
the superchargers are hitting 12s with about 350hp to the wheels, but thats on the stock 5.6psi pulley, no dynos from anything higher.
safe to say the limits are far from reached. havent even played with internals yet that Ive seen.

350zephyr - hehe, i LOVE KK. she's so sexy.
guerojo - i think im gonna keep my eye out next time im in dallas for that car! sounds sweet. did he mess with the internals?
ares - that's what a friend of mine here in killeen was telling me. he told me about this site and that this is the only one he frequents. he recommended the site to me when he learned i was interested in learning more about the 350z. 350rwhp from a 5.6psi pulley, huh? not bad...gotta see what she does with a 8psi pulley eh? well, i guess that's the difference between roots type and centrifugal!

Hey I saw you on Hyundaiperformance forum defending a 350. Thats pretty honorable going against the grain with that guy that said that he beat a z with his Accent. Thanks for setting the record straight.

hahahaha, well, i run low 15's high 14's (all motor) and i've raced a few 350z's myself. can't keep up unless im on the bottle. even then, it has to be a 75 shot to beat one.
after i get my turbo together, im gonna head up to dallas and tear up that track! hehehe, i'll see you fellas up there!
