i use my Z as a daily driving car

love every moment when i am in it, the only thing i hate is being stuck in traffic with a stick shift everything else i absolutely love!

The Z is not the DD usually, in the summer time it will get driven a lot more.

I agree with the OP. I'm very lucky to say, I don't drive my Z year round. Chicago's winter is way to harsh on almost anything, so I have a second car. But since April to early December, I drive my car as much as I can.

 

I'm like most people here. I have two cars, and I drive my 350z depending on the weather and where I'll be going. I don't drive my 350z to work because too many cars get vandalized at night, and I never know if I'll be working late or not. Just a few weeks ago, some kid spray painted the side of my DD red. I was happy to have not taken my 350z that day.

 

I purchased my Z in February 2003. It has limited practicality IMO. I bought it as a toy. I was looking for a medium priced sports car. New, quick, and one that was not comon on the road. At 40k, I had that. For a few years atleast...

 

My daily drive, rain or shine.

 

My brickyard Z is my toy and i got a 04 Galant as the dd/family car but the misses drives it.BTW the galant looks like a futuristic potato...

 

For poor people like me who maxed out their monthly car budget for a Z, there is no option for a second car. I couldn't even afford an insurance increase. It's all the car I can afford, so I drive it every day. I wouldn't change that. I have a blast every time I go buy groceries.

 

Wow I've been away for awhile, I used to have a silver 2003 performance model and I daily drove it. I loved it for about 8 months then realized I needed something bigger. So I sold it and bought a new pathfinder. My financial situation is alot better know then when I owned my last z. So I'm now in search for another z to have as a weekend/toy. I personally would not have a z as my only car. It got annoying after a couple months having to drive a friends car or go by my parents house and get my dads truck anytime I had to go to home depot.
