not to thread jack, but whats wrong with hollister?
im 31, and i still wear some hollister sweatshirts after work and weekends...
anyway, i highly doubt blackpearlZ will do any jail time, i.e., even though he used his computer for the transactions, is it really a violation of interstate commerce?
what criminal charges would all this go under? and im sure OP should pursue a civil case as well

"If you all recall, I purchased starshield from him and never got it. That happened right here on Lotustalk.com:
FS: Starshield NEW IN BOX
Anyone know if "hollisterdout" is OK
I vote +1 for scammer
Patricko,
I purchased with a credit card via PayPal.
When the UPS came up fishy (package damaged and lost) I called the credit card company FIRST. They put a hold on the funds until the issue was worked out.
Then, there are 2 steps in paypal to resolve a dispute.
1. Is to work out a filed conversation through paypal with the seller (they do this to make a conversation happen.) And it never REALLY gets reported, just recorded.
2. If #1 doesn't work, YOU escolate the complaint and Paypal steps in.
You honestly never have to deal with paypal if you paid using a credit card, but I wanted to cover all of my tracks
Holisteredout's last PM from him to me, calling me an a$$hole that I ****3d him by challenging the carge through Paypal. That they removed the funds from his account and gave them back to me. At that point, I had not seen anything, but in a few days Paypal said he reversed the charge (nice guy that he is).
His girlfriend was the one that packaged up and shipped the package (or so he says) so doesn't that make her an accomplace? Does that make her a scammer too?"

Even if that transaction was cleared up, it doesn't clear up all the other crap that has happened at all.

Get him
He reminds me of a guy who wants to be fly and have nice things but cant afford it, so he has to steal it. Even if he had money he still would have no class. Look at his myspace, trying to be all cool and shi*. What a geek and a thief! I have been scammed before and never got the mother****er* but since that day the way i have imagine his face is exactly like his.
I hope somebody gets to him and the OP gets his money. Who knows how many people he has scammed.

Concave, he was clearly casually posting on threads til 1/4/09, check out the date on his last thread on his Lotus Elise thread that he started.
He's claiming that someone or his "cousin" hack'd into his acct. yet they post casually on non-sale threads? I don't know if this is me or not, but if his acct was hack'd into, the person who hack'd into it, has some serious identity issues to be posting casually for him???
I don't know of any hackers who would impersonate someone casually and pointlessly versus financially where there is obvious gain.
It just seems like everything is just unfolding and showing there true colors..

Heres the deal. I got took for $2600.00 for a set of gloss black LE37's. I constantly Pmed this douchebag back and forth and I got some bogus answers about how bad it was snowing and how he had shipped them to the wrong adress. I got responses that said that he had shipped them and that they'd be delivered on Saturday. Whatever. UPS ground doesn't even deliver on Saturdays.
Then, after I disputed him on Paypal, and escalated it to a claim, he sends me a PM cussing me out saying he was filing a "retraction of postage". Sure.
I saw in a post in this thread where he had sold the car with my wheels on it. Figures.
Anyway, I'm going to go ahead and file a police report too. By the way, I'm only a few hours from Fayetteville, so I'd be willing to meet up and talk you through paying everyones money back.
