Sorry about the banning. A little over the top for LotusTalk. We run a pretty tight ship over there. I'm still not sure how all this is going to fly with our Admins, but I can live with 'reasonable'.

oh i just wanted to add... i'm friends with this guy on facebook and the phone number listed in this thread that the OP was talking to him on... is the same as the one listed on the facebook information.... he use to IM me on aim a long time ago- i never responded often, but i think the name was something similar to his my350z name(TheBlackPearlZ)....

Wowwwww, this thing smells fishy indeed. Way toooo many "coincidental activities" at one time that would allow him to get out from under that Lotus... Debt will make people do stupid things, I see... Sells Lotus for 39k & Needs additional 9k to pay the bank for his "upside down" loan to get the title (see below)...
well...long story short i need to sell my lotus.
but the background behind it is this...i traded in my 350Z for this car and added all the negative equity from it on top of my lotus. i now owe roughly 48k for an 06 elise. which is ridiculous yes i realize this.
anyways, what are some ways i can get out from underneath this. i heard take over payments mentioned by one person. i don't have any money to sell my lotus and then pay off the balance with cash. the car is financed by a credit institution.
im just trying to get out of this...because college is now kicking my *** and i owe a bunch of other bills i have racked up from the army and this 850 a month im paying on my lotus isnt working out for me.
i would appreciate no comments like...your a ******* idiot...and so forth, i did it for my love of lotus and had the money at the time...but leaving the army and going to college apparently wasnt the best step financially for buying a lotus haha. so please any help would be greatly appreciated.

people please protect yourself on purchases like this and utilize a credit card through paypal. it's great that you have the cash and are being responsible, but you can always put that cash on your credit card after you receive the product. be vigilant about quick shipping for more expensive items as well, so you can file a claim sooner rather then later.
