This is rediculous... getting scammed by someone with 2000+ posts and a Verified Premium paypal user... The paypal rep actually told me theres nothing i can do if he has no fund in his bank account... All i can do now, is waiting for collectors company to try to get my money back.

ABSOLUTELY NO PROTECTION if the payment is not authorized by ebay. This is very disappointed
