Legally I doubt it. Any of these messages could have been altered by anyone. If you have a 3rd person that's witness to it you might have a small claims case.... over 50 bucks which will cost you more in time & money to get back...

Why haven't you tried to dispute it through Paypal? & why didn't you just buy them instead of putting down the deposit amount?

I will refund your deposit through Paypal. If you apologize calling me a DirtBag, Saying I'm a Scammer, Scumbag and etc. This false info (Stole your Deposit) you posted and not telling the whole story. Also, get a mod to remove the negative iTrade feedback that you did. As soon this things has been done. I will refund ASAP!

Thanks

IMO the OP is at wrong here. If I put a deposit on an item and didnt follow through with full payment for over a week, I would consider that money good as gone.

How or why do you own a Z if 50$ is that big of a deal to you. I question the age of someone that starts this kind of thread over 50$. You are in the wrong and you are the dirtbag for starting a tread trying to give Clayjpeterson a bad name.

Actually, older people care more about smaller amounts of money. Why? Because they realize the worth of any amount of money.

I question your age and profession that puts you in such "baller" status that $50 is pocket change to you.

Paypal me a $50 deposit on my wheels. I may not sell them to you, but my time wasted waiting for that deposit is worth the $50.

Good logic, dumbass.

What I got out of this is Clayjpeterson waited to sell the op the wheels, but waited a week and a half for the full payment and never recieved the money nor a word from him. When I bought my wheels I waited till I could afford them. Not place money down on something I couldnt afford.

First, I find it intersting that there are so many legal experts in the forums. Considering that laws can differ from one state to the next, I am impressed that so many people can memorize that much law code. I would wager that 99.99% of the comments made are assumptions and should be stated as such.

Second, you don't have to be a "baller" or a certain age to not care about $50. It's what your time is worth to you. I am 34 with a wife a child and could care less about $50 in this situation. I would rather spend that time with things that are more important. Besides, that $50 is very cheap to pay for a good education. Lesson learned; live up to your commitments and don't be shocked when a purchase you made with a total stranger from the internet goes south.
