Looking to trade a silver 2003 350z performance model for a track model
My Chrome silver performance model was purchased in April. Though I am content with it I was overcharged due to me being 22 and with limited credit. I am currently paying 798 dollars/month for 5 years. My insurance is very low, however, paying just 50 dollars/month. I don't know how I can go about selling the car. Should I do a trade-in or an independant sale. Please help me out as I am going to end up paying 45-47000 thousand at the end of the 5 years. I can more than afford the car with my salary, and don't know why I had to get ripped off so badly.
P.S. I am really fixated on a Chrome Silver or Super Black Track model with dealer-installed leather interior. Preferably the black with orange interior(minus the unnecessary heated seats and bose stereo of the touring model)
Which is the best color for the car of these two??(I like them both but I need some opinions from persons that have owned or own both colors.
I wish to thank everyone for their informative opinions.

You are likely to get reemed in a trade in and lose money in the process, I would see about refinancing first thru another bank or credit union. If you are getting the track model just for the performance upgrades over your model it would probably cheaper to just upgrade your model than to lose all the money on a trade in.
If you have your heart set on it though I would suggest selling the car yourself as a private seller, you will always get more that way than from a dealership.

The thing is that 45-47000 is what I will paying off by the end of the 5 years. The bill this month says that I can pay 34000 dollars in total or I can keep paying every month. The car is worth about 28,000 dollars with the current 1300 miles I have on it.

hey im in the same situation as you
im thinking of trading my chrome silver touring for a super black
im not getting a track because i already got a set of track wheels extra!
have you thought of the two tone factory leather?
the black with frost inserts in the middle is by far my favorite
it would accent the inside door handles and shifter

I thing the silverstone looks awesome. It looks like chrome silver in sunlight, yet it's much more reflective at night(like super black!!), but most of the time in new york we're I live it is cloudy and silverstone will look dull grey(yuck). If I lived in the south or california it would be my color of choice, though. I love that orange interior on your car, it's stylish.
