Default Getting out of a lease!

What does it intail.. I have had my car since April and I want OUT! NO MORE. Not this z.. its JYNXED!!!!!!!!

Im in a 4 year 48000 mile lease.. when i leased it i was planning to buy it at the end.. and worked out a good deal to do so...

but i want out!!!!

what can i do...

the car is great.. its just the things that have happend while in it / parked I am sick of..

2 weeks after purchase date - backed into by a BMW X5 and whole left side re-done

1 month after that was fixed rock slides across interstate and ripps hole in my exaust

1 month after that rear ended by some old guy who didnt even see me first words out of his mouth "you came out of no where"

they didnt fix my rear bumper proplery so spent over 2 weeks in the shop.. while in the shop the 2nd time i forgot to take out my digi cam and my 500 dollar cannon s400 was stolen...

last night.. ******* **** HEAD DICK FACE ****ER PUKED ALL OVER THE INSIDE OF THE CAR!!! EVERY WHERE... all over the DOOR (inside) between the door and the seat behind the seat aall over the rear window...

im on my way out to a detail shop now.. thank goodness they are open today...

I NEVER go out!!! I always stay home.. or go to my studio.. but tonight i was bored and actually went to be social.. this is what i get..

i dont know what im begining to hate more.. life or the z...

You just have to buy the car out of the lease. It is real easy or you can just go trade it in.

you have to pay all of the remaining payments, so you can trade it in, but will still have to pay all the interest negotiated into the lease. (you might get a little break, I turned in a Saab about 6 months early, and got $150 credit)

Man, that's just plain wrong! How did they get it in the car? Did you leave your car unattended with the windows down?

I really hope this can be cleaned up for you. Unbelievable. Some people have NO RESPECT!

well the windows were down.. and i was rushing about 85MPH to get his drunk *** home... and out of no where BLAH!!! he blew it while we were driving..

but good news...

i just got my car back from the detailer and they did a GREAT job.. its like new now.. im gonna stick the guy with the bill of 100 bux... (including tip)

I met a very nice RL Z owner who was getting his car washed there.. he was checking out my nismo wing.. never saw such a thing.. hehe.. but he had his z since november... since he got it he was rear ended.. front end taken off on the freeway... and a rock shattered his windshield... that made me feel a little better that he had glass damage and i havent "yet" atleast...

he has 5000 miles on his since nov.. i have 12000 on mine since apr..

heh..

well i feel a little more relaxed after a nice walk on this sunday morning while my car was getting cleaned...

im way to stressed lately...

im goig to sleep now...

dont drive your friends even if they tell you they only had 1 or 2 drinks!!!!

The first thing you should do is call the lease co. to find out your payoff, then you can try and sell it or trade it in. Get ready to take an *** kicking though( $$$ ).. I've broken 2 leases before by 12 and 18 months, and the easiest way out is to trade it in.

Read your lease it will tell you how to get out (if possible), if it's anything like the leases I've had you will have to pay all remaining payments and probably a vehicle deposition fee for breaking the lease.

That would be a shame if it got stolen. That would just put a suck end to the whole jinxed/karma thing. Since the car is leased, the lessor would be the entity compensated and the lesee would most likely get nothing. Unless you got some sort of gap insurance, the lesee would have to pay for the difference on the amount owed on the lease vs. the amount insurance paid for market price of the car. For most cars, depreciation is greatest in the first three years. You would owe more than it's worth until depreciation levels off to market price. What would really suck is if they recovered the car just after insurance paid for it.
