According the Nissanusa.com, the Performance model comes with standard Charcoal leather. Is that really true or Nissanusa.com made a mistake?

I've got a call into my salesman to find out if all this is true or is it just a computer screw-up.

I'm really glad I have my pressure monitors. If I end up wanting leather, I can always get it later. I'd probably pee my pants if I knew just how expensive it would be to retrofit the pressure monitors. lol Leather isn't so bad. I've had leather in every single car I've owned and I'm kinda liking the change so far...

Crap.
Really, performance comes with leather std now? Dag nabbit, I don't even use the radio or heated seats (in CA). Could have saved $3k and used it for mods and the navi system. Oh well it was worth it to be driving the car for 5 more months...

The performance trim does not have leather and has not lost the tire pressure sensors. The web site is wrong.
All the 2004's will soon have a padded center console and driver's side knee bolster. The '04 I saw already had the sun visor extensions. These 3 interior items are the only ones listed as "late availability".

It appears to be true. I looked at my local dealers site and they show two Performance Z on the way. Both have Charcoal Leather listed and both seem to have the same price as the '03 models. The Nissan site also lists the Performance as no longer having the tire pressure monitor system. It appears as though they've traded it for the leather seats.

A tire-pressure monitor is more 'performance'-oriented than leather seats. However, I would have liked the leather seats as my 03 performance model doesn't include them.
Anyone know the general cost dealer-installed leather seats?
