If no one is in the passenger seat will the airbags deploy on that side deploy on impact?.......if not then couldnt you disconnect the harness on that side to keep the pass. airbags off?

Yes it will deploy, and yes, you can have a cutoff switch installed to turn it off...which Nissan recommends if you have younger kids as a passenger. Many cars come with this option....not sure why nissan doesn't!
