The hell? I sent them out, you didn't message me for me for 3 months so I assumed you got them. It's not my job to babysit you to let me know if you got them or not. I sent them out once using UPS and got them back for bad information, and then sent them out again with UPS with correct information.

If you still didn't get them I'll refund ya

Paypal never emailed me once or notified me of any action you had taken. You seriously think I give a damn about $45?

It's 2009, ever since I can remember on the interweb I was able to track my packages, even with cheap usps....

Paypal never notified me of it at all, and neither did you.

I'll trust that you didn't get them, because I have no idea where my UPS receipt is and it'd be kinda stupid to scam someone for $56 bucks.

 

Yeah I have noticed there have been a lot of these threads....crazy...that's why you always go paypal. that way at least you will get your money back if they don't ship the item...if they say they don't have a paypal tell them they don't have a deal.

 

I did not have alot of time available so after a few attempts at messaging you I just decided to go through Paypal.

I only realized after I was cleaning out my PM's. That and dealing with the carrier that lost my 993 somewhere between California and Detroit just kinda pushed me over the edge to say something I guess.

 

If you printed the shipping slip from home, then you should be able to get them to pull up your record and have them give you proof of delivery, otherwise it's insured for up to $100 by defualt.

 

I hate scammers... i got scammed 8k about 2 years ago.. sucks dude.. do your best to fight it.

 

being scammed sucks for real. not to mention i got ripped off on a carbon fiber door was made for a 2003-2005 i have a 06

 

Look at all the stuff I've bought from this site. Every transaction was a great experience. If you pay attention to who's who around here, look at their posting history and itrader ratings, and use some common sense you shouldn't fall victim to a scam. Things I require when I do business here:

1) You need to respond quickly with my requests (They are not unreasonable)
2) The first sign of something not being right or shaddy I'm out.
3) Protect yourself.

 

Had a guy here scam me over a measly $25 radar mount, the scammer was banned, oh well, it was the least the mods could do for me, GL!

buy from good itrader, buy from someone that has pictures posted, look at post count, etc.... common sense and u should be fine..

Why did you wait 6 months to escalate? You provided him the incorrect shipping address the first time so that alone kinda brought this on your self. Im not usually a hater but I think your the tool in this situation
