I myself would perfer not to ship out of the US, The op says he sent you several pm's and got no response. Just refund the money if he really wants it back, because its to late to go to UPS about the package.

but it is really up to the person buying the products to research the person selling the product before any money is sent out.

I did give hime the proper address it was the one I use for my Paypal. Unfortunately the package was going internationally so customs may have returned the package because it was labeled incorrectly. That may have cause the package to be returned to the sender. I do not usually have an issue with getting things shipped to me.

I waited 6 months due to a siomple problem I had a death I had to deal with. Unfortunately I had to sell the assets off dispose ot the debts deal with the creditors and the taxes and finally dole out the remaining cash. I am not sure how long that would take anyone here.

Sorry it took 6 months!!!
