I have an '05 GT roadster that has OE Brembos and ventilated headed seats (with orange stitching).

That is true too. There was a Roadster GT in 2005 that Brembos came on.
However the only coupes with Brembos were 35th and Track.
The GT coupe came along in 2006 and added the Brembos.
