350z navigation
I am trying hard not to go nuts waiting for my 350z to come in.....hopefully next week! i have gone and seen a few and even got to pl ay around with one last weekend at a dealership. I have yet to see or hear anything on the navigation though. Can someone tell me, that is not speculating, a few things about it.
#1 do you get cds for the entire us?
#2 does it play regular dvds and if so only when it is in park?
#3 do you have to pay any service fees monthly for the gps?
#4 is it touch screen?

-You get the most recent DVD covering the US.
-GPS is a free service, courtesy of the US taxpayer.
-Nissan will publish a more current DVD each year, costing a couple hundred dollars. You are NOT obligated to buy the new DVD, and your Nav will continue to work just fine. However, the newest streets in the US (those that changed since your DVD was published) will not appear on your Nav. You will have to judge when a more current DVD is needed.
-Your Nav will not play any other DVDs in stock form. To play movies (etc...) you need to look into something like

Hope this helps.
