been trying to contact him for the last month and no reply...
i bought a front bumper from him and its been a month and i still haven't got it....and he wont reply back to me....anyway if anyone knows him or sees him selling something...dont deal with him....

not again! I really hope you didn't get scammed and everything gets resolved before it gets too far out of hand. A month IS a long time to be waiting for something to get mailed though. Hell, I mailed an entire kit to Hawaii and it only took 5 days.

Pretty sure I saw that SN referred to on another forum and it was pretty much determined that you should not do business with him. I'll see if I can dig it up since this place won't let me ID the "competition" lol. Someone over there knows the guy, might be a member of one o the NC clubs.
Edit: I think buzzardmountain might know who he is, guy lives/works near Charlotte. Not exactly an anonymous seller, you should be able to track him down.

I bought a Nismo V2 front bumper from him about a month and a half ago then he just stopped answering my PM's. I finally filed a Paypal claim and threatened to call the cops and he got in contact with me, saying the shop he was working with took forever to take off the bumper. Well I didnt believe him but he sent me a tracking number so i figured everything was cool. Finally recieved the bumper after about a month......the bumper was destroyed. It arrived wrapped in about 10 feet of bubble wrap, no box, and had all kinds of damage. I sent him an irate email and he claimed the damage was done by UPS, and that I should file a claim with them because he sent it out in good condition and in a box. UPS is reviewing my claim right now.
I was going to post a thread on this guy pending an outcome on my UPS claim, but now it seems he has scammed someone else as well so I wanted to speak up.

He seems like a psycho. He threatened me with the cops even though i did nothing wrong. I just did not want the hassle of dealing with cops/lawyers and bs charges.
He probably has kept all of our contact info/locations (psycho!!!) for situations like these. What sucks for me is he is only a 2 hr drive away.
He sounds like a real class act.
I never filed itrader for two reason. 1 he would have posted negative for me like all the scmucks on ebay do even though i was 100% good on the transaction. 2, he never finalized the deal so was an itrader proper procedure?
Throughout the process with me he was nothing but professional and courteous (when he did contact me that is), but when I actually received the damaged product he was like, "not my problem, go F#$* urself".
