Default Do you park far away in your Z?

i always try to park far away. I already have 2 phat dings. some people just don't give a crap. especially old folks. But, i don't mind the walk, its good for you.

also, do u notice when you park far away, there's always some fruitcake that parks right next to you?? out of all the other empty parking spaces.. they freagin park next right next to you. when i get back to my car, they are dangerously close to my side. but so far, no new dings. i dunno, i guess its just irritating to see it when i walk back to the car

My wife laughed at me over the weekend when we went to Pets Mart. I dropped her by the entrance and said I will meet you in the store. When we walked out, her jaw dropped, my car was the very last one and there were like 35 non parked spaces.

I just happened to pick the furthest spot away from the store.

So my only worries, is not door dings, its curb damage.

Knock on wood, NO dings.

I always park as far away as possible with no one around me, and everytime I come back to my car there will be 2 or 3 other cars parked around me. However, I have noticed they also tend to be nice cars. I guess they figure if they park next to someone that cares about their car you will respect their car as well, and I always do.

BUT.....I still would rather come out and not have any cars parked around me lol.

And the funny part was we had to stop at Lowe's on the way home, but when it started sprinkling, I headed for the garage, ROFL, whew that was a close one that day, LOL

Hehe, I guess its the same scenario worldwide. I get the same thing as you from where I am.

Park in the furthest + emptiest corner of the carpark, and when I return, another joker parked inches away from you and there are no other cars on his other side. But for me, lucky so far, no dings yet *touch wood*.

I park relatively far away and as close to the curbs as possible on the end spaces (without scraping the rims, of course ).

I do find myself walking out of a store every so often in order to see my car and see who (or what, rather) is parked next to it.

How much did you pay for the spoiler on your car?

I'm getting better about the parking thing. Before I wouldn't even bring it to grocery stores or Costco or anything where there were carts.

But this past weekend I finally made it to a supermarket and Target.

Gawd, I feel like I'm a recovering agoraphobic who's only now learning to re-enter the world. LOL!

Hmm... actually, it was free. I found it, right-clicked, and saved it. Then I edited it to fit a pic of the SB Z and then did the same for the side decals.

All-in-all, these aftermarket mods were the best value ever. Plus they added an additional 137 rear wheel "virtual" horsepower.

Yeah I always park far away. And often this does seem to invite some jackass in a beater to go and park halfway in his spot and halfway in mine. So far...no dings <slams head against wood desk>, BUT the day I do park far out and some idiot parks next to me and gives me a ding, he is gonna see a butt shaped ding in his hood!
