no need for the endless bashing of us younger guys either where I'm from mainly younger guys own Z's thst we buy from old men and spend a lot of money fixing bumpers ruint from car bra's interiors that haven't been maintained properly putting properly sized tires or wheels altogether on them and getting rid of those aweful billet grills. what happened to a group of car guys and gals who ALL collectively enjoyed their mutual appreciation for a certain chassis regardless of age or taste i see what all you guys mean but dang don't discredit us all because a few mommy daddy sponsored kids who don't know what they are doin
Lightbulbs and reflectors!
To paint my reflectors, I had to pull off the bumper because my hands couldn't fit behind the wheel well to unclip them. Either way the task was more work than it should be.
My turn signal is out, and it requires me to take out a rear light or the bumper to get to. I had one of my front corner lights out and once again, had to remove the cover for the wheel well and force my hand up there. I have one of those LED (orange lights) not working in the front, and from what I gather the only solution is to replace the whole headlight assembly since they aren't replaceable.
Maybe it's just me, but I've never had a car that was a bigger PITA to change a stupid lightbulb for. Sorry for the rant, because other than that I love the Z!

I hate my valve train noise (soon to be fixed). I hate the rasp sound I get at 3-3500rpm I need resonators. And I hate how I have to remove all the plastic to change my battery, and change my oil.
Other than those I love it. I love the way it sings in high RPM. And my stock seats are extremely comfortable IMO.

Well if you know what i mean and from this post it seems you dont associate yourself with that group, so why are you offended by my post?
No doubt, mine drives like new and its been 7.5 years. What I don't like about the car is I always get bruised from hitting my leg on the door. And I do not like that our window tilt down when you open the door and tilt up when they close. It sounds like the window is falling apart when my passenger closes it, I've been leaving a crease to prevent that obnoxious noise.
yeah i am use to my hondas always running. lol
It has been a very long build and priorities changing multiple times it happens. I am very picky and I do everything the way I want, if the funds are not there at the time it can wait. It is still not as long of a build as my civic.

1) Window motor (I simply don't use my window since it's dead)
2) Interior paint quality
3) Gas Milage (eh)
4) Hard to drive in winter even with snow tires
5) No stock iPod hookup

4) Think we're talking about your problems again, it's a normal car.

I have a fully built gsr turbo that i use to drive, i spent alot of time on that and now just sits in my garage.
The fact that I bought an 06 model because the 08 was a few grand more and didn't want to pay higher monthly payments.
As far as I can tell though I've gotten lucky. I've had no oil consumption problems, my interior isn't scratched to hell, my transmission shifts just fine.
She does have a whining noise upon acceleration but stops after she warms up, but other then that everything's fine.
