whiplash usually sets in a day or so after an accident. If you were to develop it and get several treatments from your MD and do physical therapy for that her insurance would be inclined to pay you a little for pain and suffering/lost wages/ etc in order to keep lawyers and lawsuits out of it. I am sure that would help off set what ever you are upside down on your car... just saying
