UPDATE-
Ok so it takes a few weeks for the police to contact me back.... (doesnt sound too good)
So basically they wont do anything or contact the fraud's local authorities either because it is only "$150 shoes"
I said if it was $1000, would you do something and he said maybe.
And then I said isnt it illegal to sell counterfeit jordans and he said he isnt sure.
He told me my options are
1) file a complaint on him but the cop told me it is useless unless the guy gets pulled over in NJ...
2)file a civil suit but useless if the guy doesnt show up....
So in the end, he just told me that its only $150 so its not worth their time to do anything and I am on my own.
During the whole conversation on the phone, it felt like he was doing something else because he kept making me repeat myself like over 10 times when I know I spoke slower and clearer..
At this point I wanted to file the complaint and civil suit just to spite him and make him do paperwork but I might need him in the future so I didnt lol.

Hi I received permission from the admin to post this here because the Not Z related for sale doesnt receive much traffic. I am posting this because I saw his other posts about potential trades with other members on this forum so i hope they wont be scammed like me.

He listed a Brand New Jordan 11 size 9.5 for $200shipped. He agreed for $150shipped. But he shipped me a FAKE WORN pair that was wrong size (8) as well. The shoes were BEAT and FAKE. The shoes in the listing pictures are of the REAL shoes but sent me something else. The shoe tag which is like a authencity tag is wrong. He refuses to reply to me, the admin, or paypal. I will file a police report on him.
This guy is a piece of f*cking trash so I will post his information because nobody should have this misfortune.

EDIT- Sorry about the blurry pictures. The camera was on the wrong mode. Yeah not good with cameras.
I put up some new pictures and indicated the parts that are different from an authentic pair. On the soles the black/white part is off. On the shoe tag, the production number is wrong. On the back heel, the jumpman logo, the basketball on the figure's hand is supposed to be lined up in between the 23. In this case, the ball is below. On the inside sole, the jumpman logo is nonexistent.

If it was through paypal or the bank just have them reverse the transaction.

You should have had him tag & date the pics. I've had too many transaction with shoes on ebay, ISS, NSB.

I bought the same fakes off ebay for $170 I think. But at least they were the correct size and never worn. I knew before buying them that they were fake because why would someone sell a pair of original unworn 11s for less than $300, lol. But back to the op's post, I feel sorry for you bro, hope everything gets solved out.

 

Better quality pics would be helpful. They look the same to a person who knows nothing about shoes, like me.

hey I updated in the op the reasons why they are fake.

 

Entaille isn't 100% right upstairs. I am sure he could do plenty!

 

there is no way his real first name is kaka is there? that sounds like a damn joke to me.

I don't know him personally or anything, just stating he lives pretty damn close to me. let me know what comes from the police report and we'll go from there.

 

Looks like he had quite a bit of activity in the NW forums... might want to check if any of the members there have dealt with him and can help.
