Again, I think it is a question of if you want VDC or not.
Only, I don't really know the diff between the VDC and TCS. Seems like the TCS seems to do most of the work, from what I understand anyways.
Less then 2k or an LSD, TCS, HID lights, cruise control, and the other things like the dimming mirror, allum. pedals, and the homelink buttons on the mirror. Damn, thats a GREAT deal.

great deal does not necessarily = must have, but yeah that's a great deal. i read that tcs cuts engine power, but vdc also applies braking independently to whichever wheel is slipping. i think i also read something about the vdc can sense lateral traction loss and tcs can't...?
