That's awful. What kind of idiot UPS driver would release it in that shape? If I get something like that on my truck, I don't even attempt to deliver it, I scan it as damaged and bring it back to the building.

That looks like poor packaging. Recycled box.

Last set of wheels that came in the box was double wall and wheels placed into another box.

I'm sorry, but that made me laugh so hard. Nothing against you, it's just so ridiculous how poorly handled that package is.

I used to work in shipping and receiving and we got both UPS and FedEx shipments. The UPS guy backed up to a freight door (which he wasn't allowed to do) and threw everything onto the dock. Then tore off because he had to make a billion stops before lunch. Most of the stuff we got was damaged.

FedEx actually used a freight truck so they were allowed to use the dock. But he put everything onto a tub so I just had to wheel it off the dock. Rarely was anything ever damaged from them and if it was, he showed it to me and refused it for me, which was helpful since I was always so busy.

For personal shipping, I don't know the difference since I don't really ship anything or buy many big things online.

Hope it all works out for you.

Thanks for the Camera comment bro!!!

Man, I though I subscribed to my own thread...What is going on.

So I got my hood AND my roof the day after and I had to refuse the freakin roof. It was a carbon roof and had a two inch scratch across the top of it. Dang!!! If was also FedEx

My hood was delivered without a flaw though! Via UPS!!!

But I agree with all of you, poor packaging on the shippers end could be the route of BOTH mishaps...

Too bad FedEx has to be the ones to confront the customers when crap gets packaged with gum and superglue...that just ain't working man!!

Just one wheel man. Sorry about the seats

There's currently a claim on two seats that were damaged before I got them. We'll see what Fed-ex says after they look at the seats and boxes and packing material they came in. Good luck with your claim. Will be following this thread.

Unfortunately, for me, the seller has failed to answer a simple question that was asked 2 weeks ago and asked again 1 week ago. Also has been on the forum just about every time I've been on.

Few photos of damage:

Looks like the box was mistaken for a soccer ball
