Angry ****: Fedex workers jacked my tires

%#@%

so i ordered my Toyo T-1S and they were shipped to me last week and i was getting all excited to get them on tuesday--

but something was wrong and it was 'in limbo' on the fedex tracking system stating that it was "en route to delivery" since wednesday morning.. and that it was on the vehicle since then...

the tires were shipped tied together, one package was my two of my 275s for the rears.. the other package was my other two 245s for the fronts...

well i finally get the tires today and guess what?

only Two of the Four tires arrived.... someone jacked my 245s.

they ripped off the packaging label off of the 245s, cut the two 275s loose, and made them into 'two packages' and made off with my %@%@ front toyos.

thank god it wasnt the 275 rears since they are hard to get, but still... %@#%# up BS.... now my shipper (Z1) and i have to open a claim with FedEx to get two replacements.. %@#%

i would expect this service from UPS.. but not fedex..

#%@#%##% jack holes.

sorry to hear about your misfortune, these days, all the shippers are the same. I had UPS and FedEx problems lately, either they can't find my address or they delay shipping until they feel like it.

I agree with the UPS vs Fedex comment.

That sucks man. Hope you get your replacements soon. Funny, here in Canada, all the 245s are sold out, not the 275s.

Angry :(

Cheston,

I feel your pain, FEDEX can be just as bad as UPS believe me. We get deliveries and our UPS drivers are so much better then our FEDEX driver.

I have witnessed our FEDEX driver just tumble the packages in his cart right in front of me. We recently had one damaged KOYO radiator and a customers 2G Greddy Intercooler. NOT COOL.

Adam at Z1 is a good guy and will take care of yah! Hopefully you'll get another set soon! Hmm I wonder why size tires are on the FEDEX truck
