painful to see....i got rear ended a year and a half ago by someone doing 45 and i was at a dead stop...i was stopped for an ambulance coming through the intersection, and she was watching the ambulance to see if it was going to come through the intersection...

youre lucky if all youre walking away with is some neck pain and spasms...i had trouble concentrating and putting sentences together and all that....it sucked for about a week lol...good to hear your ok though!

59 Years old. Retired. He had a woman in the car that jumped out and kept saying that she was not involved. She left the scence never to be seen again.....CAN YOU SAY PROSTITUTE?....
The guy had $674.00 in cash on the dash of his van. I saw the cash after the accident, the trooper told me the amount.
Since he went to the hospital, the troopers decided not to take him to jail. They just gave him a summons. The trooper said it was a judgment call whether to take him to jail. Since my head didn't fall off and the guy was 59yrs old, he said he was only going to issue him a summons to appear in court.

Retired city worker. Not sure what he did.

The adjuster looked at it today. Hopefully I will get an estimate for the damages.

I know what you mean and my neck and back are really screwed up. I took a pretty good hit. This was the type of van he has. It was estimated he was going 20 -30mph.



Yeah...This should be a quickie. Curious to see what sort of settlement they will offer.

Hm... legal limit is .08. Nearly 4 times over puts him at ~.30. I thought people die once they start hitting the 3's? He must've been on something else to even be standing with that blood alcohol level... Glad you're safe but that guy being that wasted at 2:30 pm kinda cracks me up.
