Not too bad, that will buff right out. Good wash and clay bar, just like new.

Never mind, good luck on the claim.

painful to see....i got rear ended a year and a half ago by someone doing 45 and i was at a dead stop...i was stopped for an ambulance coming through the intersection, and she was watching the ambulance to see if it was going to come through the intersection...

youre lucky if all youre walking away with is some neck pain and spasms...i had trouble concentrating and putting sentences together and all that....it sucked for about a week lol...good to hear your ok though!

Seeing a DBZ in pain makes me

On the bright side, you can cut a check for a chargespeed rear bumper and some JDM tail lights.

DAMN !!!

doesn't look too bad for a rear end accident .. just looking at the pictures just looks like it needs a rear bumper, the metal bumper underneath, and maybe some pull time for the frame / metal underneath all of that

oh, I'd start complaining about your neck hurting ASAP

The guy had $674.00 in cash on the dash of his van. I saw the cash after the accident, the trooper told me the amount.
Since he went to the hospital, the troopers decided not to take him to jail. They just gave him a summons. The trooper said it was a judgment call whether to take him to jail. Since my head didn't fall off and the guy was 59yrs old, he said he was only going to issue him a summons to appear in court.

The adjuster looked at it today. Hopefully I will get an estimate for the damages.

I know what you mean and my neck and back are really screwed up. I took a pretty good hit. This was the type of van he has. It was estimated he was going 20 -30mph.

Yeah...This should be a quickie. Curious to see what sort of settlement they will offer.

Hm... legal limit is .08. Nearly 4 times over puts him at ~.30. I thought people die once they start hitting the 3's? He must've been on something else to even be standing with that blood alcohol level... Glad you're safe but that guy being that wasted at 2:30 pm kinda cracks me up.

State Trooper said in his 16 years of being on the job, that this guy had one of the highest blood alcohol levels he had ever recorded.
