Smile Maryland Inventory !!

The first Z just showed up in the inventory for my dealer in Maryland. It's not mine but at least is show they're finally coming.

I haven't been able to get the search to work for the past day. It just sits there when I click search. What's the deal?

The travel time from NN to MD shouldn't be too bad.

4-5 hours by truck, depending on how many stops

Does the serial number portion of the VIN indicate the order in which they were built??

There's 1 Z at Passport Nissan (the dealer from whom I ordered mine) with a serial number section of 1xx,xxx while mine has a serial number of 001,xxx.

Just wondering.

Two have shown up last night at Germain Nissan in Columbus, OH. The CS was still there so I checked it out for the first time this morning. The 17" wheels look better than the pictures, thats for sure.

Default Getting close!!

I ordered from Passport Nissan, Marlow Heights, MD. Too bad, that's not my VIN. I was hoping they'd get more than one from the first delivery. Oh well, any day now (hopefully). The dealer told me either 9/1 or 9/5 several weeks ago. With all the early deliveries, maybe I'll get mine by this weekend...

By what I know, those cars are going to be at the dealership in another week or so, they arn't there.. So don't rush over there to get a glimpse, because they'll tell you "Suppose to be here any day now" ... ;P

No...we've seen a pattern such that when the VIN appears on Nissans site, the customer is able to pick up the car within 24 hours or so.

VaGentleman,

I was referring to IronCityBeer's post just a few above yours..

DC/Maryland:

Passport Nissan, Marlow Heights, MD
VIN : JN1AZ34D63T101218

BTW, I emailed Passport Nissan of Alexandria initially when trying to order, but they forwarded my message to the Marlow Heights location because they were out of pre-order slots (Hence, living in VA, but picking up wheels in MD)....

When are you expecting yours? I'd be interesting in meeting up with other VA/MD/DC folks once we get our cars.

It is supposed to arrive Sept. 4th. I ordered it on Jan 14. Of course, I'm hoping that it comes in early.

I'm e-mailing my salesman right now because I want to know what the delivery date of the Z they have in their inventory as of today is.

People who have been watching the Nissan Inventory page...

Are VINs only added in the morning...or have you seen VINs appear mid day. I guess my question is do trucks carrying our Z's only leave once in the morning, or are their multiple departure times throughout the day?
