People buy high mileage Z’s all the time. But 70-100k isn’t high mileage at all for any modern car. 120+ is when you can start to consider a car “higher mileage”.

With any car most engines can last 1,000,000 miles if they aren’t driven like crap, or neglected. But like with any car people stop caring after a while.

Which is another reason you don’t see super high mileage Z’s. Either they are over babied and even after 15 years only have 30k miles on them. Get sold to some punk kid with $5,000 who wants to drift for his friends and puts it into a tree. Or another kid who wants a new car but can’t afford one and refuses to put money into them for matinance and runs it into the ground.

Remember these were nice class sports cars in the day. In 2004 these were $35k cars business men used for their weekend toy or middle class people bought as their nice new sports car.

But what most businessmen and middle class people do when their car isn’t so new or flashy as newer better cars come out they trade them in for the next new fancy accessory item or hand it own to their kids who just want something to drive to school, parties and go wild with their friends. That is why you don’t see it discussed often and when you do most the time it’s some kid asking why his $1,000 350z doesn’t run or is on its death bed.


That said..... Any normal matinance item is in order, oil, belts, fluids ect ect. Basics but these are great cars built for miles. If you don’t race on it
