New rear tires today for my Z and the computer was reset so no more tire light on. Still not sure what's wrong with my fiance's Z, it's either the fuel pump or alternator. He gets to borrow my Spec to take to work tomorrow.
New Double Din Pioneer, Suede shift boot and wrapped the waterfall cubby plus stitching to match.
Not something I'd do but that all looks simply A-M-A-Z-I-N-G!!!
Reason I wouldn't do it.... Right after completing the install, I'd somehow spill coffee all over it. No, I rarely drink coffee in my cars (never in my '08) but I just know somehow I'd manage a way to spill. Heh heh....
Cleaned up good found a few hairline cracks in the h pipe area I wasn't so thrilled about... Hmmm how to fix these awesome cracks.
Superglue and zip ties, the ace mechanic's ace-in-da-hole. That's how I fixed my stripped lug nut troubles. I only have to change the zip ties once in a while.
But seriously, that's nothing a muff shop couldn't weld up for you.

Yeah im not that worried about it, I have a welder and could get the stainless spool and probably patch it. But I haven't welded anything in years. Im going to ask a guy I work with if he wants to do it. He used to own a repair shop, and he was a teacher at porter Chester (a local trade school) although last time I asked him about titanium exhaust he said he never heard of it so I'm not going to get my hopes up.
Funny you said super glue my first idea was high heat jb weld or thermoseal.
Funny thing is if I wasn't cleaning it up like a goober I wouldn't have ever seen it or probably even known haha

Was wanting to know if you had this happen to you car vibrates when going 20 and over and steering wheel is off to left by around 15 degrees is this just an alighment issue

Lol. Oh boy.
Take it to a shop. No one here can diagnose it without looking at it.

Well my friend is a mechanic for Chevy said there wasn't anything wrong that the rim just got bent but I have doubt in believing him he's ****ed up cars in his life before

You hit a curb laterally and with enough force to prang the wheel that bad and produce the symptoms you describe, well, you broke or bent something else.
When your mechanic friend checked your "axle".... just what did that comprise? Did he check alignment, first off? Did he check all the bushings in your control arms for "offset damage"? Steering gear for true not bent? Point is, a visual inspection means absolutely NOTHING without teardown. And obviously, with the symptoms you describe, there's something askew.
You need to get it up on an alignment rack to determine the extent of the damage.

If your steering wheel is off you probably bent your tie rod, and if the car is shaking over 20 you should bring it to a shop sooner then later. Can probably consider yourself lucky you didn't break the ball joint.
