Or, you could easily take the Wahalla exit off 85N.

OH MY!!!

My best friend lives in Kennesaw and we usually roll a bit to Blood Mountain, make our way to Helen for lunch, then do a few laps on the local roads there and head back. I'm going to forward this route to him and we're gonna give it a try!

The drive to Atlanta from Orlando is boring, but the end results are so worth it! If you see my car chasing a 2013 Audi TTRS, that's us!

Also, after some heavy reading, I'm thinking of the Michelin PSS in 245/40 and 275/35 for the Nismo wheels.

TZ,
Unfortunately I did that on tab inside Google Maps app, so it's just a screen grab.
Note:
Do not go in leaf season, everybody and their brother will be clogging the roads.

Clayton/Highlands

Highlands to Fontanna

Took her first trip to work.

Got her "technically road legal" lol but I'm just testing my work rout for a shake down test. See what falls off or isn't happy with a short easy commute.

Probably the fact that I haven't been that ambitious to build a wreck since, oh, about 1982. Hahahahahaha!

But seriously, I've brought a few cars back to life in my time but those days are long gone. I have to start with something resembling a full car (like my Shiro, which really didn't need much but for a few mechanical things and a bit of paint n' polish.) I admire the patience and tenacity it takes to get 'er done.

Haha I got ya.

Yea when I make a promise or say I'm going to do something I usually see it through. Just the way I am. But honestly this was a cake walk compared to some of the build/re-builds I've done back in high school and in shop class.

I honestly would rather fix a wreck like this than replace a oil pump on a scion any day hahaha

And that's actually not a joke. Something about resurrecting or making actual changes and mods it's always so much more satisfying that simple matinance or working and just modding a working car.

It's like a blank canvas to me, where a working car I feel like I'm just running something and throwing money away. Vs something that's already marked as junk and can only get better

This is just the start tho, I'm just trying to get it street legal. Now I can actually start modding and going down the FI rabbit hole for the track.

Replaced the old endlinks with SPL adjustable endlinks. Finally... no more clunking when driving around. Now to fix a slight exhaust rattle... probably going to attempt to tackle that tonight.

Well I was bored last night and figured wtf why not try out the bumper spools I picked up off eBay.

These dam things actually hold this this on dam well. Now idk if I wanna keep the no fcks look and go bumperless and blue hood. Or run the bumper and paint the hood black and then have to actually try lol

(Crappy night pic and due to rain it's dirty AF)

Not sure why I started this and then decided to do it "right" by pulling harness all the way from back to the tranny and rerouting with minimal wire cutting but resleeving harness, and dealing with the all the fricking Proefi connectors in process...but it's coming along...wire-tuck...maybe done today...

Once the wire tuck is finished you will thank yourself for it. Obviously it looks cleaner. The big reason to do it... Much easier to do service and repair with everything out of the way! Of course this can be a bug, once you get started and see the progress you may want to keep doing other tucking, ie coolant and fuel.

This is what I did whenever my D2s started leaking. They lasted 50k miles, so I can't be too disappointed with the D2s.

That being said, did you get the GT or the SP? I've not met anyone else who has the SP yet haha.
