380RS Pedal. I've been working on my heel-toe, and while I can do it with the OEM pedal - I would miss the pedal sometimes. So I figured for $40, why not just get the 380RS. Haven't driven with it yet, I did sit in the seat and attempt to heel-toe though and it was so much easier. Also, super simple swap... would recommend this to other owners.

Yeah it has 360° of swivel so I mounted it at the edge so I could use it eather way at the end of the table... I took the pic like that so everyone wouldn't see all my other junk...
Ah, my bad. I didn't notice the swivel down there haha. I was just like "Ah, he's gonna be so mad when he goes to use that! "

Hahaha! I have a hard time believing that would help! I considered just getting a Wilwood pedal box, but I'll save that for a bit later. This was cheap and it got the job done

Really? I think this is one of the easiest cars I've owned to heel toe.
I can even do it in flip flops. The only thing I hate about these pedals is the dam clutch engagement. I've never ridden the clutch so hard in any M/T car.

Or am I just too tall? I'm 6'3 and got my seat almost as far back as it'll go but I can't fit my foot the right way without touching the steering wheel with my knee. I must be doing something wrong. Unless I have freakishly long legs and thus genetically prohibited?

I'd say get it just to try it out. At first it was kind of weird, because I had been driving with the OEM pedal for 4 years. But now that I have this, I can tell it's much better right off of the bat for what I am doing.
The OEM pedal just sucks for heel-toe, I think this will definitely make it much easier for you.

And CK is right, the Z pedal arrangement is one of the more simple cars to master the heel-toe technique BUT some cars for some people take more getting used to. Can't remember what car it was but for some reason there was one that I just couldn't get, no matter how much I tried. "Fumble, pivot, miss, errggh, grind, oh fu*k."

And therein lay perfect example of what I was saying about "some cars, some people, different levels of difficulty".... I loved the pedal setup in our Z34.
Interestingly, with as well as SynchroRev works, I always drove it in OFF position because of my fear of losing "the touch" of rowing my own at proper revs under foot. Laff.

Yeah, pretty much. I went back and forth every few days between my Z33 and my baby sitting of a Z34 40th anniversary. The Z33 is very easy and responsive for an accurate rev match. I find the Z34 delayed and lazy when it's not in sport mode, making it unpredictable to rev match accurately.
Besides, it's "cheating" when the computer does the driving for you.
I tend to like all my pedals mounted from the same location as the Z33 is.

Changed the differential fluid, put the new differential bushings in... Reinstalled the differential, driveshaft, axles, ultra racing brace...
Onto the sway bar my original looked rather garbage so I got a sweet deal on an oem rear sway bar.(thanks Rev Night).. Much better
Got that bad boy on.
And everything was going smoothly till I got to the exhaust... now the borla suck getting on but it sucks even more when your kinda beat already and you attempt to install it with the passenger side pipe under the sway bar for the first hour or so fighting with it...
But eventually I got my head out of my *** looked at a picture I took before I took it apart and figured out that I am a moron. The messed up thing is I did the exact same thing the first time I put it on... O well got it on right before dark...
Took it for a test drive to tj max and got some new underwear on clearance...
Car makes some new noises and kicks out sideways like a champ... My wife did some yelling at me but all in all seemed like a successful test run... The differential didnt fall off, the subframe stayed where it was supposed to, it seems to have stiffened up a bit... Will take some getting used too so I dont wrap it around a tree for thanksgiving...
Glad its once again driveable...
O and the ebrake still works... Could use some better adjustments because it needs the top notch before it holds but hey at least it still holds.
Glad to see you got it all together, 30 min to adjust the ebrake then you should be ready for an alignment. It was nice seeing all the pics you put up cleaning up the rear. Great job. Can't wait to see what you dig into next!
Not to mention the risk you take finding your coils full of oil... Thats what this joker found, still haven't gotten my new plugs in, got my new valve covers in the basement though.
