Some beefed up fuel components to run E85 with my CJM Stage 2 system, Uprev GT and A new methanol nozzle. May not use it on the top end if E85 has enough flow which it should but just in case.

Well that took longer than expected, one is a little crooked but they are one with the truck and still completely usable for my car if I ever can give up the leather... Or my motors go out.

Making a little progress with my HR Boosted Performance turbo install on my HR. Trying to decide if I need to hammer the hell out of my underbody to make this thing fit correctly....see pics below....also the pics don't really capture how far off the piping is. Keep in mind that nothing is tight just finger tight right now but I need to come up with some miraculous space to get the down pipe in without bending the sh*t out of everything.......I don't know if I'm sold on this BP kit yet as far as all the stories I've heard and read about how well the fitment is...maybe its just a HR thing? Or possibly my first build?

Any suggestions?

 

well... its not really what I did today, but what Ive BEEN doing over the past two and a half weeks..... but I finished today !!! Replaced the dreaded oil gallery gaskets ! Glad thats done!! Very satisfying seeing above spec. oil pressure readings, compared to my 8psi at "hot" idle

 

nothing much exciting- ordered a set of OEM 07 tail lights to put on my 05 - and exciting for me- saw my cars twin in the wild- first time since buying my car back in dec 2015- i've actually have seen another E33 Ultra Yellow

 

Well I found these on craigslist during my lunch break and picked them up after work... Did I need them nope... Am I happy I just got them.. Yup.

I sh*t you not, I usually don't hear her make a lot of sense 75% of the time but when she said that as I was internally loosing my mind over all the stuff I've been doing lately I was like holy hell she's on to something. Surfing Craigslist I find GTR's 50k-85k used and tell myself okay if I get this only bolt ons and tune only then I'm done.... 5 mins later I'm looking up AMS Alpha 10 kits.....FML.

 

Lol. Yeah i decided against a full build and SC because i want a Nismo in a couole years. I cant have both. I'm still shoveling money into my 05' and i cant figure out why if i intend to buy a second. It never ends....

 

What she isn't understanding is that you will probably want to modify whatever car you end up getting, and if she thought 350z parts were expensive just take a little tour into the gtr section of Z1

a friend of mine is getting rid of his Z, picked up his stillen intake shield and cleaned my JWT filter and added stillen intake shield to it. should pull cooler air now. autox next weekend.
