Not today but over last weekend I finally finished up my sills after years of not being finished lol. Cleaned up the interior a bit readjusted my amp gains.

Received my package. Wish me luck. 2 hour job you reckon? I just don’t have a thin-wall socket to pull the plugs to clean up the oil... maybe NAPA might stock them.

Make sure you have an in-lb torque wrench and follow the correct specs when tightening everything.
Good luck!

Its a good time to add a little color in the bay.
been on a few years and have held up well, almost noticeable under all that shitola.

What a chore that was. Process all done, took some odd several hours as I kept insisting on cleaning the engine bay. I personally wouldn't do it again, but since I done it, I know how to do it quickly. Which I'll need to for the injectors swap, least it's not in-depth as the valve covers.
Letting the RTV cure, pray it runs and no oil gushing out. Had no inch-pound wrench so I used my weaker hand and tighten til' snug with an extension 1/4" drive. It was 1lb/ft @ 1st sequence then 6lb/ft @ final torque down. Hope this solves my Cyl #02 misfire. Could just be a bad sensor Bank 2, Sensor 1.... /sigh

I looked at my 350z lovingly while thinking I want the new Z that's coming out. Disliked the 370 but really liking the 400? Turbo would be icing on the cake for me.

For real though, I'd wait for the Nismo variant. I'm sure it'll look cooler and possibly faster.

I buy cars I am passionate about and have gone through many over the years. When I was younger most were built with swapped motors. I guess its not in my priority to be the fastest and have a heavily modified car anymore. Now, I park most of that money in investment portfolios or fixing up my home. The cars I own does not have to be the best or fastest, just something that makes me happy when I step out the front door each morning.

Yikes, engine swaps of a different manufacturer are a sin for me, will instantly make me lose interest in a car lol. Only exception is rotary, because it's so uncommon.

Finally got around to swapping my drivers side 02 sensor on the header... Hopefully it fixes the pesky service engine light... It was only a few years old maybe 5k miles tops...
Also swapped out my "polished" rusty strut bad.

I love Toyotas more than Nissans, but here is going to be my Neverending argument when it comes to the Z33: there are multiple Zs doing 1/4 miles runs in 11 or less with the VQ and most say that traction is an issue with high power, why is a bigger engine needed?
Like a certain youtuber that has a cammed LS 350Z that runs 12s, he didn't like that I brought that up, all that work to run what a mildly boosted VQ can? No thanks! Only engine I would ever consider putting in a Z would be the VR38 in stock form, if it was even possible, but the VQ is capable enough.
Anyways back on topic, yesterday I programmed my TPMS for my new wheels, thanks to the write up on here =D.

It was for that 02 sensor in the manifold though, hopefully it was just the sensor.. Its kinda haunted me in the past.. Last time I had a hole in my catalytic converter.
