What a ***** ... that salvage title says the mileage on it. I suppose he wouldn't trust that, either? When someone shakes my hand and I then do work to prepare for whatever the deal is ... only for that kind of BS ... should've had me there man lol I would've freaked until he coughed up the agreed upon amount.

Detailed my car and spent the day with my car friends going to various cars and coffees/Porsche make a wish/the beach. They swung by my place at 7:45AM to pick me up and pretty sure they woke up anyone in my neighborhood who wasnt yet awake. Especially my buddies Aventador SV ... the exhaust set up he did to it makes it sound like the gates of hell have opened. It's glorious. Love car days with the car friends. 12c hasn't arrived yet - dealership is fixing something electrical on it first. =\ I'm anxious.

That dude looked over that title for like half and hour, then went looking for all the vin numbers and everything...

I was like ummm your buying the motor im just throwing the rest of the car into the deal to make it easier on my removal of the carcus.. .

Whatever already got another dude that wants the same deal...

Your old car has been thoroughly picked apart, just went much faster than I thought it would...

Now what am I going to do?

If I had another dirty mouse **** filled car I'd give it to ya, lol. Was cool seeing how quickly you ripped that f**ker apart. Hahah you can find another one to surprise your wife with at midnight again.

So little back story... Some dude wanted to buy the motor, I was like sounds good, how would you like it situated for pick up... He was like I don't know thats a lot of work if I pull it, and it will take a long time...

I was like ill have the motor sitting on the ground away from the car, you will just need a way of getting it into your monster truck...

We went back and forth till I said ill pull everything I want out of the car you can come with a flatbed and take whatever is left with the engine and transmission all the rear suspension so the back still rolls...

He was like ill be back tomorrow with a tow truck, good and good... We worked out a price, shook hands...

Bam

Removed all the door guts from both doors, removed front suspension, removed brakes, removed front brace, removed exhaust removed seats, removed shifter, removed axles, removed and replaced rear cross brace, took off w brace, pulled all plastics, pulled wipers and wiper motor, removed ecu... Etc etc etc

I removed a whole lot of **** in not a lot of time...

So comes today at 11 with tow truck... Brings his dad with him this round, starts saying how he has no way of verifying the low miles on the engine, and the odometer could have been swapped etc etc etc... Im like WTF...

So long story short, he makes me a ridiculous low ball offer, and im like no thanks ill just keep it... And the saga will continue..

If you made it this far here comes the picture dump.

Wanna sell those burnt orange seats ? lol

I would meet you at foxwoods if you really wanted them....

Cleaned up some stuff...

This is in much better shape than the one on my car, and the one I was cleaning up from the G35 to replace the ugly one on my car, I swapped them out real fast on Saturday night...

Also installed the first piece from the parts car (and pretty much the only piece I actually needed from the parts car)

Note to self... Dont dump hand sanitizer all over your coin holder.

Worked on my new pet project

Removed all the bondo and replaced with fiberglass resin

Also cleaned up a bunch of things and put into new home of storage basement.

Discovered a significant difference between the G35 and the 350z I didn't realize till I brought this piece down stairs.

And even put up a new decoration in my storage cubby

Also pulled the bulbs and ballasts from the lights...

Not today but this week used the 3m headlight restoration kit. Lights are looking brand new, and installed Berk HFC.

You were fairly consistent for your first time! That is a positive start.
