Question about EVO-R.net
Has anyone here purchased from http://www.evo-r.net/ ?
I ordered some parts on Sept 6th from them (Carbon fiber half barrels and window switch covers for a 2006 350) and despite 3 emails and 2 phone messages have heard nothing back from them...
Are they still in business? If so, has anyone ordered from them and how do you get a hold of them?
I understand if stuff is on backorder etc, but I can't even get them to contact me back regarding whether these items have shipped after 17 days.
I like some of the stuff they offer but damn if this is how their customer service is...

Search bro there are a #of threads about Evo-r it depends if the item is in stock most are satisfied (jock riding)others dont anticipate the waite. Not sure i would order knowing its a crap shoot how long it would take I need more confidence in a vendor bore hand.
I just bought something from them 3 weeks ago and still have not received anything. I left 2 messages, 2 emails and 2 posts on this forum with 0 responses. You’re in the same situation as me. At this point I am just trying to get my money back since I don’t have the patience.
If I remember correctly he does not actually stock any of these parts, he has them drop shipped from somewhere is Asia or something like that. There used to be many complaints on wait time due to this, but as of late he seemed to be shipping things much faster. Hope everything works out for you OP.

I have not had any transactions with Jay myself, but there have been just as many unsatisfied customers as happy ones. I would highly suggest doing a thorough search regarding EvoR products and customer service before you decide to do business with them. Not saying they aren't worth doing business with, but it is in your best interest to make an informed decision.
