Okay so I jsut read Sport Compact, how come they only got 250hp out of the Z when it's said to get 287? Can it actually put out 287 hp?

Do a search and you will see that this is a matter of crank HP vs Rear Wheel HP.
Some power is always lost to the drivetrain. The numbers are reasonable

SCC=Actual Rear Wheel HP
Nissan=Engine Crank HP

It's actually pretty impressive with 13% loss...

Crank HP is the power the motor makes without any other factors involved, like if it was out of the car on an engine stand

Rear wheel HP is the MEASURED power the after having to turn the components of the drivetrian. The components like the clutch, transmission, driveshaft, axles, brake rotors and wheels all ROB power to be turned. They usually soak up about 15% of the motor hp

Default Those numbers can get better!

Parasitic loss can be reduce a little more by replacing tranny and differencial fluid with a high end synthetic. (Royal Purple etc...)

Depending on how the car was treated during breakin and the number of miles prior to the dyno, most cars perform better after a few thousand miles.

Just my 2 cents
