Default Air Conditioner and Performance?

Does use of the air conditioner limit the Z's performance? I know some cars have an A/C shut off function when the car begins a hard acceleration.

My G has this function. I would assume the Z has this feature also. But it only comes into play at really aggressive acceleration. Otherwise you will notice a lag in your normal-above average acceleration.

cars can have a compressor clutch cut-off either set by rpm or throttle position, eg at WOT.

All of Nissans products have this feature including the Sentra.

I turn my AC off if I know Im going to be racing, otherwise who cares, heh. plenty of power either way to break the speed limit quite quickly.
