Default Feathering fixed on 04's?

I was wondering if anyone knew if Nissan fixed the tire feathering issue for the 2004 350Z's?

Thanks!

Yeah, I know that the 04's just came out about a month ago, but I thought maybe nissan informed the dealers of the fix, or maybe somebody has had their 04 350Z for the last month or so with significant mileage and has noticed any signs of feathering.

2000 miles so far. I don't have enough miles to perceive any feathering. I will let you guys know though, but it may take 3 months to find out as it seems like it comes up at around 6000-10000 miles. I got my fingers crossed.

Have you guys heard whether the folks who bought other tires models had feathering problems? Any idea what % of 2003 Z owners have feathering problems?

Three of my family's cars exhibit feathering or cupping in the rear tires though. 1989 Accord, 1995 Avalon, 1994 Sentra, but I suspect it is mostly due to crappy tires. Those same cars never had those problems on OEM tires (Michelins)

Thanks!

I'm not quite sure what percentage of 2003's have the feathering problem, but going in to the repair forum, it seems like there's around 50 people that have complained about this..it might be even more.
Some people have had their's fixed by switching to different tires, but others have tried that and it hasn't worked.
