Default Buying a new 07 GT 6spd

Hi guys,

I am looking into a used 07 GT 6spd coupe and am kinda skeptical about some of the problems I am reading about with the manual tranny. Ive done quite a few searches and it seems a lot of ppl are having the clutch stick to the floor while driving. Does anyone know if there has been any warranty covered recalls? Is there a way I could check if this car might have tranny issues before i make the deal? The car has 30000kms or 17000miles?

Thanks for the help guys.

There is a TSB for this issue. Dealer should fix.

Welcome. For more information search "slave" as in Clutch Slave Cylinder.

GT = Grand Touring trim. Some like to refer to it as GT

OP....You are still under factory warranty. That being said i wouldn't sweat it. Buy it, drive it hard, see if anything gives. If things break, take it to the dealer and get it fixed for free!!

As far as transmission issue, you should have the CD009 (Latest revision) tranny because it's a 2007. Doesn't gaurentee it wont have any issues, but there's a 98% chance you will be fine.
