Default Trying to find a BASE 04 DB Z..HELP!!!!

I am trying to find a Daytona Blue Base model Z but there are none to be had here in Cincy. Two questions: Who has one, and will they come off of MSRP? I am willing to wait for one if I had to order but the dealers here in Cincinnati wont come off sticker. Any help would be great! By the way, this isnt for me as I have a Z already.

Come off sticker. HA! They cant move those things for their life. I heard of people getting them new for under $25K. I would but buy a used one if I were you. You can easily get one for under $22K. Id look at enthuziasts too.
Good luck.....but dont buy into the dealer BS.

Glen Nissan in Lexington has one. Use Nissan's site to search dealer inventories. I'm from No KY and got mine a few weeks ago in Jeffersonville, IN.

Yeah, I live in Aurora, Indiana. 30min from Cincy and I drove to Glen Nissan in Lexington to get my 2003 Base Daytona Blue back in July....
Pretty good dealership, I ended up getting the car for around 26,500 and that was with the Aerodynamics package, floor mats, kick plates, etc... not too bad of a deal considering I did it all over the phone and drove down to pick it up the next day.

no prob...I know its not as easy as me just saying it but call around and stand firm. Thats how I got mine and I had to call like 10 diff. states before getting my Enthuziast for $26,900 in Chi-town. And it was actually shipped from Indiana.

you keep talking about these great prices you *know* you can get on used Zs. not that i don't believe you, but how do you know this. can you give a concrete example. i'm just a little skeptical because i've never seen anyone here post that they've bought a used z for anywhere near the prices you keep talking about. and whether or not online sellers are willing to haggle down by thousands of dollars, i've never seen any posted prices even remotely close to what you're talking about. just want a little more info than just your claim. i mean i can try to tell the dealership that "EnthuZiast on my350z.com said you have to sell me this car for 22k" but i doubt that's gonna work

I just got my DB Base model last Saturday. I waited for one to show up at the dealer, about 6 months. From what I hear, they're rare. I see alot of silver base models, but not DB. I got mine under MSRP, here in San Diego. Good Luck!

The way you know is you talk to people who are trying to sell it. They will tell you how long they have been trying and you will see that they cannot get close to what they ask. I know you cant say I sent you but you can use logic. Its winter most everywhere and on top of that look at autotrader now and then in 3 months if the same Z is selling and hasen't move its time to start haggling.
As far as mine being out the door for $26,900. No. That was before tax and title.

Saw one today at Bowser Nissan In Pittsburgh. Use zip code 15642 in the search dealer inventory and you can check its options.
