My wife has suede and leather combo in her car...they are very nice!

 

I vowed after my 240sx SE with cloth, which was the only cloth seats I have ever owned, that I would never get a car without leather ever again. I simply love it. When taken care of it will outlast cloth by a mile. It is easy to clean if something were to ever get spilled (not that I allow anything in the Z but other cars yes) and I do not get shocked everytime I get out of the car!!!

 

I did a pre order back in feb '02 for my performance and leather was not an option. Both of my cloth seats have the fraying problem so I am having them both replaced under warranty by the dealer tomorrow. This will be the second time they have been replaced.

I have leather in my Lexus LS400 and love it. I like the look of the cloth seats in the Z, but if they continue to fray I may go suede.
