Of course it's up to the insurance co. what they want to do but if they decide to total the call as a loss and pay you out for it then make sure you ask them if you can buy back. And if you can I would be interested in buying off you so you can make a few more bucks. Just PM me when you find out what the insurance company decides.
BTW, I have a trailer so I can always pick up from you.

well, its not totaled, the only thing wrong with it is the tie rod end and the rest is just body work and the curtain air bag, so i should be getting her back soon :-)

if u really want to make sure it is totalled, get a stick and know the hell out of it. ahahah actually i know someone did that to their car. anyways... i think ur is totalled.. cuz my cousin Z was hit like that too and it is an 2006 and farmers totalled it. but he has one about thumb size line scratch from passenger mirror to the rear panel...but then again it is up to the insurance adjuster.


I kinda wish ur was totalled tho. so u can get a new one but it is not totaled so...

 

tiffuhhkneex0...yea its not that bad as there was no damage to the front end or engine bay but as SSSMASSS mentioned above an insurance adjuster might just decide to total it and sometimes it also depends on the demands of the damaged car's owner. If you are happy with getting the damaged car back and having it repaired then thats cool. I wish it all works out for you. But personally I would rather have the damaged car declared a total loss and have them pay me so I can purchase a undamaged car. But to each their own, and ultimately it is your car and decision. Sorry to here that...maybe you will get lucky and someone else caught the guys license plate. I saw a hit and run once and caught up with the sob and read his plates!
