Not mine, no paint issues.

 

I got a silver stone (06) and i have those problems too but only on my front bumper which is alright haha. One thing though is that the metalic cover on the door handles have bumps like if it had water damage same with the rear cover for the strut bar where the Z emblem is at, which is weird but besides those little things every other side of my car the paint is perfect just on the front bumper.
