i got $22800 trade in for my base Z 7,000 miles. the dealer told me the resale for the Z is sinking like a stone............that was the best trade in i could get too. other offeres from other dealers were more around $20,000.

 

I just bought a 2003 Track w/ 8k miles for $26k (from a dealer). They took it in for $26200 so your Enthusiast should be worth just a bit below that (even at a dealer) IMO.

But selling privately is definitely the way to go. $20k from the dealer seem too low.

But it should be said that the Z market here in Portland is really strong. The dealer also claimed that Z's retain their value extremely well which appears to be true at KBB and here locally.
