Default How would you improve the Z?

Nissan did everything right about the car. Looks. Performance. Price. Simply amazing. But since nothing is perfect, and we're all ****-retentive on this board...

What would you change about it if Nissan were to send you a survey?

Me,
1. Glovebox where it belongs.
2. Run flat tires so we can get rid of the dinky spare. Use that space to increase cargo volume. There's a LOT of wasted space with the styrofoam in there to create the spare tire well.
3. Front plate mount screws UNDERNEATH the lip, no holes having to be screwed.
4. Factory fog lights.

I LOVE THIS FREAKING CAR!! JUST BROKE HER IN, 1348 MILES. FRESH COAT OF WAX. VEGAS IS CALLING. LIFE IS GOOD.

-cruise control on the base model
-higher placement of the front speaker
-doors more like 240z or maybe g35
-key fob in the shape of a Z (instead of squares, buttons)

I'm always thought they had the audio controls on the steering wheel since my Pathfinder has them, Oh well put me down for audio controls on the wheel.

Default Here's what how i would improve

1. Streamlined strut bar (Stole rpgonzales' idea)
2. Targa top
3. Give us the Integrated key Japan gets
4. Free maintenance/Royal treatment for Z owners (4 years/48,000 miles)
Keep in mind Audi A4 1.8T owners who pay 28k for theirs gets 4 yrs/48k miles and free loaner cars!

1. Lumbar support for the driver's seat (that's what a bad back'll getcha).
2. Power outlet closer to dash so I could use a freaking radar detector on Labor Day weekend while driving 300 miles without having to hard wire it in.
3. Rocket boosters and wings for space travel.

the only real change that I'd make would be to somehow cut about 300 lbs of fat from the car.
I dont care where and I dont care how, but its gotta happen. I'd even take a hit in horsepower in exchange for lower weight.

Umm, none of that crap. If you added that all, then the car would be an overweight pig like the last Z.

Run flat tires? No. After Road and Track's negative review of a Corvette with the tires, I'll be sticking with normal tires for a long time.

I want the practical stuff like the glove box and the lumbar support.

Armrest? It's a sportscar, you don't need a freaking armrest!

Just like Mez jr, it'd be nice if they shaved off a few hundred pounds from the car. 10lbs/hp would be optimal.

Definitely drop as much weight as possible, 200 lbs. would be nice. And add yellow as a choice of color!

Make the Track model near circuit-spec, with no GPS, no leather, recaro seats, performance peripherals, top-flight rubber, limited colors, less insulation. Even if it made it near $40K, I think it'd still be worth it.
