Does anyone else find this Veilside kit WAY TOO LOW?

Im on std suspension. Not even lowered and i already cant clear most humps or ramps without scratching something.

Ive got a set of tein super street's coming along soon and im really thinking of going a different kit but the wide fenders have already been done.

on a separate note, i spent some good time at the audio shop and had a look properly. Seems like the nasty malaysian heat as taken abit out of this car.

For instance the 3rd brake light housing and surround, just by unscrewing it, it broke off because the plastic was already brittle

The cover and housing surrounding the rear windscreen and rear wiper motor exhibited the same heat fatigue or failure. Anyhow, what could be fixed with epoxy glue was fixed and what couldnt is now on order!

The transmission with the ORC twin plate clutch is making alot of clatter.

On hard acceleration, on idle and on clutch in at idle. Alot alot of clatter.

Alot more than the HKS twin plate in my previous R34 GTR.

Will have it looked at to see if theres anything wrong.

Thanks for all the feedback once again!

Anyone have any suggestions on rims too? Im not feeling it too but it was deep enough.. and it is by Volk already, albeit not one of their better designs.

Thanks ocne again

I hsve the Veilside kit on mine without the wide body as of yet, I think it is low I scrap but I don't think it is to low. I'm riding 20's right now looking into getting 18's or 19's for this year. 20's are a lil to much I think but I don't scrap with them.

I would stay away from the 19's.

Im quite sure the roads where you live is mch better than the roads we have here in Malaysia but 20's will trash the ride.

Now the A/C is acting up.

Once starting up the car, there is no cold air. Only regular piped from outside air.

Then after some driving, the a/c gets cold. Sometimes driving a short while sometimes driving a LONG LONG while before anything gets cold.

And when you put it at OFF, it will go full blast.

Odd.
hahaha

There is a heater a/c controller box which is located below the stock radio location.
There are three harness plugs on the back side of the white box and one on the
front which goes to the heater panel. If one of the rear plugs is'nt fully seated, the
A/c can act up. The plug that goes to the control panel feeds through a thin foil
multicontact strip that is easily damaged. If you see any damage to the strip, this
could be your problem.
