oh man did i mess up bad! i wrecked my 2007 ppw 350z driving home from a friends house last night on my birthday. I hit the middle divider on the freeway and my car spun 360. The adjuster came and said my car is totaled!! she estimated the repair cost 14k and she didn't even look at the engine or the bottom on the car. By looking at the car all fenders are damaged, the headlights are damage, bumper, rear bumper hood and my driver side rear wheels is bent inward the air bags pop! This sucks because i still owe 15k on the car. So if they decided to give me 15k for the car I will be left without a Z. I dunno what do to now lucky i didn't hit anybody else.

Congrats for making it past your Birthday. What do you want us to do about it? Go after the the guy that wreck your car?

 

Your insurance will pay off your car and if your car is worth more than payoff you will get the difference. Then you buy an other 350Z

Judging from his username, he's probably Korean. As I have previously stated, Korean guys are douches and like to drink too much and in this case, typical of most Koreans, his mommy and daddy probably bought his Z so it's not a big loss for him.

thats why there are laws against driving drunk.... get a bicycle now and drive it for a year and learn your lesson.

 

word of advice...DONT take the first offer insurance gives you.. you have the right to negotiate...find highest book value, receipts for parts etc...argue you want to replace it with another Z and what they're selling for on lots...you may come out with some cashola in your pocket..
